REFUND POLICY

Many of our offerings require our customers to fill out a form before we can fulfill the order request. During this time if a customer decides they no longer wish to purchase aa product from us, for whatever reason, we will refund their purchase with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. 

If we have started work with a client, however we are contacted soon after receiving the materials for us to complete the order, at our discretion we may decide to refund the order depending on factors such as how far along we are with the order completion.

These are policies we have NOT seen from other companies who "help other businesses", and so we hope this policy helps gives our customers confidence that we truly care about their success, and we would not be in business if it were any other way.

Disclaimer: This policy does not apply to all of our products, such as digital downloads or products that are instantly received upon purchase.
